Frontier Closed Area works planned
*

The Transport & Housing Bureau has proposed building an 800-metre-long boundary patrol road and installing boundary fences for the reduction of the Frontier Closed Area coverage.

A notice on the secondary boundary fence construction works and new sections of primary boundary fence and boundary patrol road phase 2 - concerning the sections from Ng Tung River to Ping Yuen River, and from Pak Fu Shan to Lin Ma Hang - was gazetted today.

People can inspect the plans and scheme at the Central & Western and North District Offices, and the North District Land Office.

Anyone who objects to the proposed works or the use, or both, should write to the Secretary for Transport & Housing, 16th floor, Murray Building, Garden Road, Hong Kong, by July 13.
