Woman arrested for drug trafficking

Customs officers have arrested a 27-year-old woman at Hong Kong airport, seizing 975g of heroin worth $930,000.

 

She was stopped on arrival from Kuala Lumpur yesterday. The drug was found in her rucksack.

 

She will be charged with one count of drug trafficking and will appear at Tsuen Wan Magistracy tomorrow.
