A 33-year-old man has died after he reportedly lost control of his motorcycle and struck a fence near the Plover Cove Country Park Visitor Centre on Bride's Pool Road early this morning.

He had been driving towards Tai Po at about 4.20am when the incident occurred. He was sent to Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital where he was certified dead at 5.33am.
