Justice Susan Kwan has been appointed Court of Appeal Justice while six judicial officers have been named Court of First Instance Judges - Anthony To, Peter Line, Maggie Poon, Derek Pang, Colin Mackintosh and Au Hing-cheung.

Judge Bebe Chu has been appointed Principal Family Court Judge while Garry Tallentire, Eddie Yip, Katina Levylaw, Chan Chan-kok, Simon Kwang, Albert Wong, Frankie Yiu, Wong King-wah, Poon Siu-tung, Justin Ko and Douglas Yau have been named District Court Judges.

Anthony Chow, Anthony Kwok and Tam Lee-cheung will become Principal Magistrates while Raymond Wong, Chan Wai-mun and Josephine Chow will become Magistrates.

The appointments will take effect September 28, except for Judge Au who will start December 1.
