*

Acting Chief Immigration Officers Chan Tin-chee and Au Ka-wang will leave for Ottawa tomorrow to attend the Senior Police Administrative Course run by the Canadian Police College.

The 13-day programme will enhance the officers' leadership development.

Director of Immigration Simon Peh said in view of the growing complexity of immigration work, officers need to adhere to the changing global political and economic situation closely and acquire contemporary management skills.

The course is designed for middle managers in law enforcement agencies to enhance their leadership skills.
