Members named to judiciary salaries body

The Chief Executive has re-appointed Christopher Cheng as chairman of the Standing Committee on Judicial Salaries & Conditions of Service, until December 31, 2009.

 

Four incumbent members - Henry Fan, Victor Fun, Jacqueline Pamela Leong and Herbert Tsoi - have been re-appointed until December 31, 2009. Prof Chan Yuk-shee and Brian Li were appointed as members until December 31, 2010.

 

The committee aims to advise and make recommendations to the Chief Executive on matters concerning the judicial officers' salary and conditions of service.
