Mother charged with murder

Hong Kong Police

Police have charged a 31-year-old woman with murder for allegedly throwing her newborn baby from her Tuen Mun flat.

 

She will appear in Tuen Mun Magistracy tomorrow.

 

The baby was found dead outside Ting Hong House in On Ting Estate about 11pm on June 17.

 

Police found the mother in the flat and sent her to Tuen Mun Hospital, where she was arrested for infanticide.
