Man arrested for dangerous driving

Police have arrested a 49-year-old van driver over an accident in which an 87-year-old woman was seriously injured in Kowloon City.

 

His van reportedly struck the woman as she crossed the street near the junction of Carpenter and South Wall Roads about 9.55am. She is in critical condition at Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

 

Witnesses should call Police on 2773 5200.
