Driver arrested in fatal Tsuen Wan crash

Police have arrested a private car driver for dangerous driving after his car struck and killed a 67-year-old pedestrian in Tsuen Wan.

 

At about 6.30pm, the pedestrian was crossing the road outside No. 73 Tsuen King Circuit when he was hit by the car. He was sent to Yan Chai Hospital where he was certified dead at 9.20pm.

 

The 28-year-old car driver has been released on bail.

 

Anyone who saw the accident, or has any information, should call the Police at 3661 1300.
