Man charged for Kwai Chung murder
*
Hong Kong Police

Police have charged a 25-year-old man for the murder of his 19-year-old ex-girlfriend in a Kwai Chung flat. He will appear in Tuen Mun Magistracy today.

At about 11.12am yesterday, Police received a report that the woman had died in a flat at Shek Kai House in Shek Lei Estate.

Offiers arrived and found the woman lying inside the flat with multiple cut wounds. She was certified dead at the scene.

Police arrested the woman's former boyfriend who was inside the flat. They also seized two knives. Initial investigations suggest the man attacked the woman after a dispute.

The Kwai Tsing District Crime Squad is following up and a post-mortem will be conducted today.
