*

The Insider Dealing Tribunal has submitted a report to the Financial Secretary on its inquiry on the listed securities of Vanda Systems & Communications Holdings, concluding that 11 people had engaged in insider dealing.

The 11 people are Lam Hon-nam, Silvia Chan, Ernest Choy, Becky Chan, Chris Wong, Christie Wo, Charles Chong, Chong Bun-bun, Debbie Ng, Dennis Li and Sammy Tse.

The tribunal will proceed to hear representations on January 12 to determine the amount of profit gained and to make consequential orders and penalties.

The Vanda inquiry is a complicated case, involving 11 implicated parties and 43 witnesses, with a total of 93 actual hearing days. Click here for more details.
