Drug find: Customs officers found one kilogram of ketamine on a woman entering Hong Kong at Man Kam To checkpoint.
*

Customs officers have seized a kilogram of ketamine worth $173,000, found on a 27-year-old woman at Man Kam To checkpoint. She will be charged with drug trafficking and will appear in Fanling Magistracy Wednesday.

About 9pm yesterday, officers intercepted her trying to enter Hong Kong through the green channel and found the drugs in her bag.

Her 33-year-old boyfriend, aboard an incoming coach, was also arrested. He is now on bail pending further investigation.
