 Immigration Department's  courtesy campaign
Customer service: The Immigration Department will hold its annual courtesy campaign from November 20 to 26.
*

The Immigration Department will hold its annual courtesy campaign from November 20 to 26 at its nine immigration control points. Staff will be encouraged to deliver courteous and efficient service.

 

The immigration officer who gets the highest votes will be named Courtesy Ambassador by the Tourism Board.

 

During the campaign, travellers can cast their votes for the officers giving them commendable service. Ballot boxes and forms will be placed behind immigration counters.
