2 arrested for computer parts robbery
*
Hong Kong Police

Police have arrested two men in connection with the robbery of $7.4 million in computer parts from a Sheung Shui godown on September 17.

The warehouse owner found the premises lock prized open and three staff tied up inside, that day. About 9,500 computer monitor panels and four light trucks worth a total of $7.4 million were missing.

Three trucks were later found on Pok Wai South Road in Yuen Long, and most of the goods were recovered in a container depot on Tin Ha Road in Lau Fau Shan, and in a rubbish tip on Sha Tau Kok Road yesterday.

Police arrested the men, aged 45 and 31, in Tin Yiu Estate, Tin Shui Wai, yesterday. They have been detained for questioning.
