Yuen Long brothels shut down

*
Hong Kong Police

Police have closed four Yuen Long villas involved in vice-related activities.

The premises were raided between November 2004 and March this year, seeing the arrests of 10 men and 13 women. Ten have been prosecuted and sentenced to four to six months jail for managing a vice establishment.

Police and court-appointed bailiffs executed the closure orders on the villas on Castle Peak Road, Tai Tong Road, Hop Yick Road, and Hong King Street at 10am today.

Last year, Police arrested more than 700 people for vice-related offences in Yuen Long.
