Road safety

24 injured in bus-truck collision
*
Hong Kong Police

Twenty four people were injured when a bus and a truck collided on Cheung Tung Road on Lantau Island.

 

The accident occurred around 8:30 this morning. Fifteen of the injured were sent to Princess Margaret Hospital; nine were sent to Yan Chai Hospital.

 

One person is in critical condition, two are in serious condition, 19 are stable/satisfactory and two have been treated and discharged.
