Tseung Kwan O accident claims motorcyclist

A 29-year-old man died in a traffic accident in Tsueng Kwan O early this morning after his motorcycle slammed into a car.

 

At about 12.18am, a 43-year-old man was driving his car along Mang Kung Uk Road towards Clear Water Bay Road. As he turned left onto Clear Water Bay Road, the Kowloon-bound motorcycle crashed into the right side of his car.

 

The motorcyclist was sent to Tseung Kwan O Hospital where he was certified dead at 2.11am.

 

Kowloon East's Special Investigation Team for Traffic is investigating. Anyone who saw the accident or has information to offer is urged to contact investigating officers on 2305 7575 or 2305 7500.
