No. 3 alarm fire in Tai Po injures two
*
Fire Services Department

Firefighters have extinguished a No. 3 alarm fire in which two people were injured in a stationery shop on the ground floor of a six-storey building at 76 Po Heung Street in Tai Po.

 

The fire broke out at 9.57am and was upgraded to the No. 3 alarm at 10.04 am. It was put out at 10.47am.

 

Two women, aged 49 and 86, were sent to Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital.

 

Fire fighters used three breathing-apparatus teams and three jets to fight the fire.

 

No suspicious circumstances were detected regarding the cause of the blaze.
