Man dies in Tuen Mun crash
*

A 52-year-old man was killed in a Tuen Mun traffic accident this morning.

Just after 7.30am, the man was driving a container lorry with an empty trailor in the fast lane of Yuen Long Highway heading towards Yuen Long. Near Lam Tei, the truck reportedly rammed the central divider.

The driver was trapped inside the compartment. Firemen later rescued him and rushed him to Tuen Mun Hospital. He was certified dead at 8.18 am.

Anyone who has witnessed the accident or has information to offer is urged to contact the investigating officers on 2675 3325 or 2675 3385.
