Anti-vice operation nets 42 women
*

Police and immigration officers arrested 42 women in an anti-vice operation in Tsuen Wan today.

 

Police from the New Territories South Region and Tsuen Wan District, and Immigration Department officers started the operation at about 8.30am.

 

They raided locations on Chung On Street, Chuen Lung Street, Yi Pei Square and at Tak Wah Park in Tsuen Wan.

 

The 42 women, all two-way-permit holders from the Mainland aged 18 to 43, were arrested for breach of conditions of stay. Three of them were also arrested for soliciting.
