Double price: The Lands Department holds the sixth land auction of the 2010-11 financial year at Tsuen Wan Town Hall.

A government lot in Kowloon Tong was sold for $1.285 billion at the Lands Department's sixth land auction of the 20010-11 financial year at Tsuen Wan Town Hall today.

 

New Kowloon Inland Lot 6306 at No.1 Ede Road was sold to Kildare Limited. The opening bid was $659 million.

 

The lot has a site area of 2,399 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The developer must complete a minimum gross floor area of 4,319 square metres.
