A government lot in Fanling was sold for $1.33 billion at the Lands Department's second auction of the 20010-11 financial year at Queen Elizabeth Stadium today.
Fanling Sheung Shui Town Lot 177 at the junction of Ma Sik Road and Sha Tau Kok Road, Area 19, Fanling, was sold to World Light Limited. The opening bid was $1.0538 billion.
The lot has a site area of 8,900 square metres and is designated for non-industrial purposes, excluding office, godown, hotel and petrol station. The developer must complete a minimum gross floor area of 34,290 square metres.
