The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for the purchase of the 46 flats and car-parking spaces at the former government quarters at 8-10 Caldecott Road, Kowloon.

Each flat has a saleable area of 253.7 square metres. The flats with their car-parking spaces will be sold either with vacant possession or subject to existing tenancies.

Flat 27, 2/F, and Flat 42, 9/F, at 10 Caldecott Road will open for inspection on February 9 (9am-1pm), February 18 (2pm-6pm), February 23 (9am-1pm), February 25 (2pm-6pm), March 2 (9am-1pm) and March 4 (9am-1pm).
