The Electrical & Mechanical Services Department has notified Osram Prosperity Company that it is not to supply five of its compact fluorescent lamp models in Hong Kong as these models' measured average lives are less than their rated average lives.

These models are:

* DULUXSTAR 20W/827 E27 (Reference No. L090609);

* DULUXSTAR 20W/840 E27 (Reference No. L090610);

* DULUXSTAR 20W/865 E27 (Reference No. L090611);

* DULUXSTAR 20W/827 B22d (Reference No. L091205); and

* DULUXSTAR 20W/865 B22d (Reference No. L091206).
