TST pedestrian subway proposed
*

A pedestrian subway connecting Middle Road Subway and the Sheraton Hotel has been proposed to improve the walking environment in Tsim Sha Tsui.

A notice on the works was gazetted today. Other proposed items include temporary closure of a section of the carriageway and footpath on Middle Road, temporary closure and reinstatement of a section of the existing Middle Road Subway, and ancillary works such as drainage, water and utility works.

Anyone who wishes to object to the works should write to the Secretary for Transport & Housing, 16/F Murray Building, Garden Road, Hong Kong, by May 26.
