Sai Wan Terrace site rezoned
*

The Town Planning Board has amended the draft Quarry Bay Outline Zoning Plan, rezoning a site at 1-10 Sai Wan Terrace from Residential (Group B) to Residential (Group B)1.

 

It also imposed plot ratio restriction to ensure future development at the site will be compatible in scale and character with the surrounding developments.

 

Other amendments include the rezoning of a site to the south of Mansion Street from Government, Institution or Community to Green Belt and Road to reflect the current uses of the site.

 

Anyone affected by the amendments can write to the Secretary of the Board by March 20. To view the plan click here.
