*

The Town Planning Board has amended the approved Kwai Chung Outline Zoning Plan, rezoning a site on Kwai Yi Road from "Government, Institution or Community" and 'Road' to "Residential (Group E)1" for public rental housing development.

Other major amendments include the:

* rezoning of Tai Wo Hau Road Park from "Residential (Group A)" and 'Road' to "Open Space";

* rezoning a site at 33 Wo Yip Road from "Comprehensive Development Area" to "Commercial(2)"; and,

* revising the notes to incorporate the latest refinements to the Revised Master Schedule of Notes to Statutory Plans.

People can make written representations in respect of the amendments to the board's secretary by April 20. Representations made to the board will be available for public inspection.
