The Rating & Valuation Department will launch the 24 hour Property Information Online service on February 11, allowing people to browse 1.5 million domestic properties.

Users can search properties by inputting the development, building, street or village name, building number, lot details, the department's assessment number, or the Land Registry's Property Reference Number.
The search fee is $12 per record. Frequent users can apply for subscriber accounts at $25 per month for one Login ID and supplementary login ID at $10 each per month.
The 2009-10 Valuation List and Government Rent Roll, to be declared in March, will also be added to this new online platform and will be displayed up to May 31.
The service is accessible through the Rating & Valuation Department's website. Call 2150 8836 for enquiries.
