The Peng Chau Outline Zoning Plan will be amended so that restaurants, shops and services can be developed at the pier area for passengers' convenience, the Town Planning Board says.
The amendment is to allow applications for "eating place" and "shop and services" uses in "other specified uses" annotated "pier" zone.
The revised plan's electronic version is available here. People who object to the revisions should write to the board by April 22.
