People wanting to apply for a personalised vehicle registration mark in the third invitation exercise should submit their applications on or before April 16. Late applications will not be accepted.

Application forms and guidance notes can be downloaded from the department's website and are also available at its licensing offices and the Home Affairs Department's public enquiry service centres.

Each applicant can submit only one application in each exercise. If an applicant submits more than one, none of his or her applications will be processed.
