The tenant of a site under short-term tenancy in Kwun Yam Shan, Sha Tin, will move out. The Lands Department said the tenancy will be terminated on August 16.

The tenant, who is alleged to have changed the use of the land, has promised to demolish structures on the site and conduct reinstatement works in accordance with the provisions of the short-term tenancy.
