The decision by New World First Bus drivers to call off their plan for industrial action has been welcomed by the Government.
The move came after the company withdrew its proposal to replace its double pay bonus system with another package.
The Transport Department said the Government has been fully engaged in mediating the dispute and monitoring the situation closely.
The department urged both parties to continue constructive dialogue to foster better co-operation in serving the community.
