Sha Tin fun day to promote bike tourism
*

The Sha Tin Bike Tour Promotion Day will be held at the Science Park February 7 to promote cycling tourism in the district.

 

The activity runs from 1pm to 4.30pm, featuring a lion dance, folk dances, an African drum show, a live band performance, rope skipping, game stalls and guided tours.

 

Visitors can try the new-style bikes on display, and win prizes at game stalls and in quizzes. They can also join the guided tours of the park and visit the Centre for Creative Science & Technology, and the Hong Kong RFID Centre.

 

Admission is free. Free shuttle buses will run from 12.30pm to 5pm from University and Sha Tin MTR Stations. Buses will depart every 10 to 15 minutes.
