Surplus HOS flat ballots drawn
*
Housing Department

Ballots have been drawn for the sale of Surplus Home Ownership Scheme Flats to determine applicant priority in unit selection.

The ballot results can be accessed here from tomorrow, at the Housing Authority's customer service centre in Lok Fu, in all public housing estate offices, and Home Affairs Department public enquiry service centres. Applicants can call 2712 8000 for enquiries.

Notifications, along with sales brochures, price lists and other information will be sent to eligible applicants.

Flat selection will begin next month and on-site show flats in Yau Chui Court and Tin Fu Court will open.

The authority is offering 1,392 flats and two resale units from the Housing Society in this phase. About 370 are unsold flats in Yau Chui Court Stage 1 in Yau Tong. Of the 1,022 scattered units, 404 flats are in Kam Tai Court, Ma On Shan, and 378 flats are in Tin Fu Court, Tin Shui Wai.

More than 26,000 applications have been received. About 21,000 were White Forms and about 5,000 Green Forms.
