The 2009 Meritorious Websites Contest is now open for public voting. To commemorate the contest's 10th anniversary, special souvenirs will be given to the first 200 voters and 1,000 voters chosen by lucky draw.

The Television & Entertainment Licensing Authority today said an online quiz has also been launched to help the public learn more about the Control of Obscene & Indecent Articles Ordinance.

The quiz will close October 30. Participants with the highest scores will be included in a lucky draw from which 10 winners will each be awarded a book coupon of $100 and an exquisite souvenir.
