Relief fund opens for typhoon-hit farmers

Agriculture, Fisheries & Conservation Department

Farmers with losses caused by Typhoon Koppu can register with the Agriculture, Fisheries & Conservation Department for emergency relief until September 25.

 

The typhoon affected 250 hectares of farmland in the New Territories. Affected farmers can apply for relief according to the level of damage suffered.

 

Applicants for the fund should register at the Agricultural Development Division's office, 5/F, Yuen Long Government Offices, 2 Kiu Lok Square, Yuen Long, or call 2476 2424.
