Hospital Authority

A 52-year-old man with diabetes and hypertension who died yesterday at Kwong Wah Hospital has been confirmed to have been infected with human swine flu.

He came down with flu symptoms September 25 and was admitted to the hospital September 29, but his condition worsened the next day.

Meanwhile, Kornhill Anglo-Chinese Kindergarten in Eastern District will suspend classes for a week due to a human swine flu outbreak involving 18 boys and 12 girls, aged three to six. All are stable, with one requiring hospitalisation.
