Thirteen people have come down with gastroenteritis symptoms after eating at a Macau hotel, the Centre for Health Protection says.

The eight men and five women aged 20 to 31 fell ill after a buffet at the hotel August 30 to September 1.

Eleven sought treatment from private doctors or public hospitals and none required hospitalisation. They are all stable.
