Mainland Olympic gold medallists have dazzled Hong Kong people with their athletic prowess, rekindling the city's enthusiasm for the Olympic Games.
Athletes showed their sublime skills in table tennis at Shek Kip Mei Park Sports Centre, badminton at Kowloon Park Sports Centre, diving at Shing Mun Valley Swimming Pool in Tsuen Wan and gymnastics at Queen Elizabeth Stadium this morning.

More than 5,000 people watched the demonstrations at the four venues, while tens of thousands of viewers watched live television broadcasts.
The gold medallists also had friendly exchanges with young Hong Kong athletes while some participants selected by drawing lots shared in the fun by taking part in table tennis, badminton and gymnastics with their heroes.
Chief Executive Donald Tsang and other top officials visited the demonstrations and greeted delegation members.
The delegation also participated in the gala performance at Hong Kong Stadium this evening.
