Ballots drawn for surplus flats
*
Anthony Cheung
Ballots drawn: Housing Authority Subsidised Housing Committee Chairman Professor Anthony Cheung draws ballots for surplus Home Ownership Scheme flats.
*

Ballots have been drawn for the sale of Surplus Home Ownership Scheme Flats Phase 3 to determine applicant priority in unit selection, the Housing Authority says.

The ballot results are available here. They will also be posted tomorrow at the authority's customer service centre in Lok Fu, all public housing estate offices and at district offices. Applicants can call 2712 8000 for enquiries.

Notifications for flat selection, along with sales brochures, price list and other information, will be sent to eligible applicants.

From tomorrow applicants can go to the authority Customer Service Centre to make an appointment to view the returned flats designated by the authority at Charming Garden in Mong Kok, Lai Yan Court in Lai Chi Kok and Ning Fung Court in Kwai Chung.

The viewing period will run from March 20 to April 20. The on-site show flats in Tung Tao Court, Lei On Court and Kam Fung Court will be re-opened a week before flat selection.

The authority is offering 3,052 flats for sale in the current sales exercise, including 2,397 unsold flats in Tung Tao Court Stage I in Shau Kei Wan, Lei On Court in Lam Tin and Kam Fung Court in Ma On Shan; as well as 655 resale flats in various courts throughout the city.

Applicants can also choose from the 579 flats at Kingston Terrace in Tuen Mun and three resale flats at Verbena Heights in Tseung Kwan O developed by the Housing Society.
