Secretary for Food & Health York Chow expects a smooth implementation of the quarantine detector dog programme.
Inspecting the dogs' training at the Agriculture, Fisheries & Conservation Department's Ta Kwu Ling Operation Centre today Dr Chow said he is confident the dogs will detect the smuggling of live animals and meat products, and hinder the practice.
