Woman ill with Dengue fever

Centre for Health Protection

The Centre for Health Protection has confirmed a Dengue fever case involving a 50-year-old woman who fell ill after travelling to Vietnam, bringing the year's total to 37.

 

She joined a Vietnam tour August 6 to 10 and developed fever on August 17. She was admitted to Tuen Mun Hospital on August 23 and is in stable condition. Her home contacts have no symptoms.
