The Centre for Health Protection has confirmed a Dengue fever case involving a 38-year-old woman who fell ill after travelling to Thailand, bringing the year's total to 35.

The Tseung Kwan O woman went to Thailand with three companions August 1 to 5 and developed fever and headache on August 6. She was admitted to Queen Elizabeth Hospital on August 20 and was discharged a week later. Her three travel companions have no symptoms.
