8 public pools to be cleaned

Leisure & Cultural Services Department

Eight public swimming pools will close for cleaning June 19, from 10am to the end of their second session, the Leisure & Cultural Services Department says.

 

They are:

- Pao Yue Kong Swimming Pool, Southern District;

- Chai Wan Swimming Pool, Eastern District;

- Kowloon Park Swimming Pool, Yau Tsim Mong District;

- Jordan Valley Swimming Pool, Kwun Tong District;

- Jockey Club Yan Oi Tong Swimming Pool, Tuen Mun District;

- Tsuen King Circuit Wu Chung Swimming Pool, Tsuen Wan District;

- Fanling Swimming Pool, North District; and,

- Ma On Shan Swimming Pool, Sha Tin District.

 

The department conducts a weekly cleaning programme in all its pools to enhance hygiene. During closures swimmers can visit nearby public pools. Click here for more information.
