Farmers with losses caused by recent heavy rain can register with the Agriculture, Fisheries & Conservation Department for emergency relief until June 26.

The rain affected about 80 hectares of New Territories farmland. To ease their financial hardship, affected farmers can apply for relief according to the level of damage suffered.

Applicants should register at the Agricultural Development Division's office, 5/F, Yuen Long Government Offices, 2, Kiu Lok Square, Yuen Long, or call 2476 2424.
