The Centre for Health Protection is investigating the suspected food poisoning of three men and seven women.
Aged 21 to 48, they developed abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting and fever after having dinner in a Kowloon Bay restaurant on April 28.
One of them sought medical treatment from Tuen Mun Hospital and one consulted a general practitioner. Their symptoms were generally mild and none required hospitalisation.
The centre said viral or bacterial contamination could be the likely cause of the outbreak. Further investigations are underway.
