Restaurant closure order lifted
*
Food & Environmental Hygiene Department

The Food & Environmental Hygiene Department has lifted the closure order imposed on Itamae Sushi on Granville Road, Tsim Sha Tsui.

 

The premises was closed August 10 after a spate of food poisonings. It has since cleaned and disinfected the premises and improvement workflow procedures. The department is satisfied the immediate health hazards have been eliminated.

 

The department has also reminded operators and staff to observe good personal, environmental and food hygiene.
