Pool hygiene survey to start
*
Leisure & Cultural Services Department

A survey on hygiene and cleanliness of public pools will start June 11, and a hotline (2601 6801) launched to collect views on upgrading cleanliness.

The Leisure & Cultural Services Department said today a series of measures have been implemented since the beginning of this swim season to improve hygiene and cleanliness.

To give swimmers their say, the department will launch the four-month survey to collect user ratings of hygiene. Pool ambassadors will conduct surveys on weekends in June and September, and daily in July and August. Respondents will be randomly selected at pool exits.

Swimmers can also leave their views on the 2601 6801 hotline. Immediate action and improvements will be made wherever necessary.
