For floral fun visit the 2005 Hong Kong Flower Show at Victoria Park from March 11 to 20.

Open from 9am to 9pm daily, the show features theme flower the azalea, and Whisper of Spring as its theme. More than 330,000 flowers, including 18,000 pots of 60 azalea species, will be displayed.

It will also showcase exotic and indigenous flora, and landscape and floral art displays by 170 organisations from 18 countries. There will be a mosaiculture display presented by the Leisure & Cultural Services Department, Ocean Park, the Jockey Club and the Institute of Horticulture.

Fringe activities will also be held, such as music and dance performances, floral art demonstrations, workshops and games.

Admission for adults is $14, and half price for children, students, seniors and the disabled. On weekdays senior citizens and the disabled receive free admission, while groups of 30 or more adults get a half-price concession.
