Carnival to mark Cultural Centre anniversary

A carnival will be held outside the Cultural Centre in Tsim Sha Tsui from 2pm to 6pm on November 7, to mark its 15th anniversary.

 

Visitors can enjoy flamenco jazz music by Red Taurus and hip-hop and jazz dance along with a drum jam.

 

The Story of New Frog Prince - Magic & Mime will be performed by Dimanche, there will be wushu and tai chi by the Li Fai Centre of Wushu and a children's ballet.

 

A pipe and drum marching band, traditional British Morris dancing, Latin music, Latin and ballroom dance will also be held. There will be roving clowns, juggling, balloon twisting, games, accordion players and stilt walkers.

 

Free gifts and souvenirs will be available for those participating in the Know More About the Cultural Centre game stalls. People who enrol to be a Friend of the Cultural Centre at the foyer on that day will get an extra gift. Other souvenir collections are also available at special prices.
